About Us
The Heritage Adult Day Center
is warm and inviting for people to gather. We support the needs of disabled or older adults in our community including those who receive Medicaid Waivers, Choice, VA, and self-pay services. We offer on-site nursing and physician services, pastoral care, foot care, dietary services. Hair-dressing services can be arranged by appointment.
Our program offers
many stimulating activities that add variety and interest to everyday life while providing supervision and individual attention in a safe, comfortable environment.
Great recreation program
We offer monthly trips, daily physical exercise, preventive health, assistance with toileting, birthday parties, brain challenging games, entertainment, bowling, current events, and special events.
Who Is Eligible?
This daytime alternative to nursing home and home-care services is for disabled or older adults who want to live at home. Eligible participants are:
- Older adults in the community who suffer from dementia and would benefit from a structured social setting
- Frail elderly in need of stimulation and activities
